Install Trigger Guard:

Measure the depth of the tabs on the trigger guard and drill the width of the tabs and a little over the depth. This will allow for the trigger guard to be inletted into the stock. 

Mark the locations of the tabs on the stock. You will lay the side of the gun down to drill perpendicular to the tabs. You want to ensure you drill thru the tabs. I use 3/32" pins. To drill the forward tab you must remove the lock and drill down thru the lock area all the way thru. Don't worry, your side plate will cover this hole. cut the pin so it is flush inside the lock area and on the outside of the stock.
